TJ Ballard, Owner & Lead Trainer

TJ brings over 25 years of coaching experience to his role as owner and lead trainer. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Education with a focus on K-12 Physical Education from The University of West Alabama, along with a Master's in Education in Curriculum and Instruction from North Greenville University. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, TJ possesses the advanced knowledge necessary to design safe and effective training programs for clients at all fitness levels.

Before founding Fitclub, TJ spent 11 years serving as both a football coach and physical education teacher, reinforcing his belief in the transformative power of physical fitness at every age. His mission extends beyond physical transformation to include helping members grow spiritually and mentally. As a certified advisor within the 1st Phorm app, TJ provides detailed nutritional guidance to help clients optimize their diet through whole foods and strategic supplementation.

Junior Vargus, Lead Trainer

As our lead trainer for Monday through Friday afternoon classes, Junior brings genuine passion for fitness and helping others reach their potential. His enthusiasm and willingness to go the extra mile make him an invaluable part of our coaching team.

Brooke Ballard, Lead Trainer

Our signature class format delivers maximum results in minimum time. All classes run 30 minutes or less, including warm-up and workout, making them perfect for busy schedules.
