We offer classes for all ages 5 and up.
May I bring my child?
Parents are able to bring their kids any day - kids are always welcome. If they want to workout they are welcome to do so, if they’re 5 years or older.
Do you offer nutrition guidance with your fitness programs?
Yes! Proper nutrition is crucial for achieving fitness goals. Fitclub provides detailed nutritional guidance through the 1st Phorm App. Our certified advisors help members optimize their diet through whole foods and strategic supplementation to ensure proper macro and micronutrient intake.
The app provides direct access to your coach, personalized macros based on your goals, delicious recipes, and weekly assessments to measure your progress and consistency.
What is HIIT training?
High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a workout strategy that alternates between intense bursts of activity and fixed periods of less-intense activity or complete rest. A typical HIIT session might include 30 seconds of maximum effort followed by 15-30 seconds of recovery, repeated for 20-30 minutes total.
At Fitclub, our HIIT classes are designed to be efficient and effective, lasting 30 minutes or less including warm-up and workout time. This approach maximizes your results while fitting into your busy schedule.

How should I prepare for a HIIT class?
