Convenient Mid-Day & Weekend Hours
MONDAY - FRIDAY:
12 PM - 2 PM
Perfect for lunch break workouts or flexible mid-day training
SATURDAY - SUNDAY:
8 AM - 10 AM

During Open Gym hours, you'll be free to design your own workout or use our provided workout while still being in an inspiring environment surrounded by like-minded individuals.
