As owner and lead trainer, TJ brings over 25 years of coaching experience to Fitclub. A native of East Flat Rock and graduate of East Henderson High School, TJ combines his educational expertise with his athletic background to create comprehensive, science-based fitness programs. His credentials include:
- Bachelor of Science in Education (K-12 Physical Education) from The University of West Alabama
