TJ brings over 25 years of coaching experience to his role as owner and lead trainer at Fitclub. A native of East Flat Rock and graduate of East Henderson High School, TJ's passion for fitness and athletics has been lifelong, shaped by his years playing football and baseball throughout his academic career.

With a Bachelor of Science in Education (K-12 Physical Education) from The University of West Alabama and a Master's in Education (Curriculum and Instruction) from North Greenville University, TJ combines his educational expertise with his athletic background to create comprehensive, science-based fitness programs. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), he possesses the advanced knowledge and skills necessary to design and implement safe, effective training programs for clients of all fitness levels.
